Swordfish Solutions Sdn. Bhd. (1193749-W) (SSSB or 'the Company') is a Private Equity Management Corporation (registered with Securities Commission of Malaysia ("SC") (C/A0003/PEMC/2019).

The principal activity of SSSB is to carry on Private Equity management and investment activities. We provide unique financial solutions to fulfill the needs of a selected client base, which include corporations, institutional clients, as well as high net worth individuals.

Our management team consists of experienced professionals from various corporate and management backgrounds covering multiple sectors and industries. We are focusing our investment in high growth companies and assets that offer excellent value proposition for future growth and IPO potential for superior return on investment. Our primary target are Asean markets especially Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam for immediate investments opportunities In the long term. Our secondary targets are India, China and other Asian countries with high growth opportunities. Our objective is to achieve substantial multiples over 3 to 5 years.

A serial entrepreneur and astute businessman with a string of investments covering Education, IT, Telecommunications, Financial, Training, and many more. He has built a strong network locally and internationally. His core areas of competency include corporate development, fundraising, training and a flair for closing business deals.

Over the years he has embarked on several businesses ranging from marketing to financial literacy. In 2015 he was hooked with financial technology & the global financial scene. Subsequently, he educated himself in IPO, stocks, commodities, bonds, shares & global equity markets. He and his team are in the pursuit of making SWORDFISH SOLUTIONS to be the top organization and a well-diversified Private Equity Management Corporation in Asia.

MR. MICHAEL CHAN YEE KEEN

MANAGING DIRECTOR / EXECUTIVE OFFICER

He has almost 30 years in corporate, operational, and financial industries serving multiple established organizations and corporate institutions, including as CEO in a public listed entity. His experience has been in corporate restructuring, strategic turnarounds, operational improvements, and sales expansions. He has worked directly and indirectly with some of the largest PE firms and its customers in achieving quantum leap results. He holds an MBA from the University of the Sunshine Coast, Australia.

MR. EZRA VENDARGON

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR - INVESTMENTS / CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER

He has 10 years of working experience in banking dealing & treasury, research, and consultation in leading organizations in Malaysia such as Asian Finance Bank Berhad (AFBB) an International Islamic Bank and Malaysian Rating Corporation Bhd (MARC) as a Financial Institution Analyst.

MR. ARIIVAZHAGAN SUPRAMANIAM

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR - BUSINESS / CHIEF BUSINESS OFFICER

He has more than 25 years' experience in the financial industry and had served various organizations and corporate institutions including a stint as a Floor Trader on Kuala Lumpur Commodity Exchange. His career path includes forex & money market operations, Futures trading, commodities brokerage and as a financial trainer. His primary expertise is in deal origination and fundraising as well as corporate and government relations.

MR. SAEFUL FADHLY HJ MOKTAR

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR / SPECIAL OFFICER TO CHAIRMAN'S OFFICE

He has more than 15 years of working experience in various capacities and leading institutions, mainly in Engineering, Oil & Gas and IT fields such as a safety supervisor with Schlumberger Limited based at Aberdeen, UK. He also had stints at Shell Malaysia, Malaysia Institute for Medical Research (IMR) and Pharmaniaga Berhad. 2 years' experience as a Chairman for Shell MY Local Contractor Safety Council from 2016-2017, as the mandate terms.

He is currently Chief Executive Officer of 5 Pillars Ventures Sdn Bhd a licensed Venture Capital Company with SC, since June 2018. From 2012 to 2016 he was an Asian Development Bank (ADB) Consultant for Malaysia based at Economic Planning Unit (EPU) Putrajaya from the year 2007 to 2012. He was the Chief Executive Officer of SCS Capital Sdn Bhd an SC registered Venture Capital Company.

He has over 15 years of experience in diverse fields including Accounting & Audit, Education, Manufacturing and Hospitality Industry. Having worked in both the public and private sectors, he is uniquely positioned with a significant understanding of Governmental Regulations pertaining to individuals and corporations.
As a Business Owner for the last 10 years, he has successfully raised capital privately from individual investors for his real estate and advisory/consulting business. He is competent in improving asset valuation and has exercised management services to improve the risk/reward profile of the investments.

MR. KUNASEGARAN SANKARA PILLAI

18 years' experience working as Unit Trust Consultant & Estate Planner, work as Financial Secretary for Largest Trade Union in the Country, Appointed by Ministry of Human Resource as Industrial Court Panel Member and Social Security Organisation (PERKESO) Appellate Board Member for 8 years.
Currently holding the position of Director in Sova Academy Sdn.Bhd. Expertise in the areas of Training, Leadership, Trade Union Management, Organisational Development, Human Resource Management, and Development.
